Just want to thank you so much for helping me figure out the name of this song and band. The first couple of sentences have been stuck in my mind for over 30 years! I saw it on MTV, and used to like it but never knew who sang it or anything. You know when you're 13 or 14 years old you sometimes don't pay attention to those things. Thank you! Mystery solved forever!
